Observation Notes:

Began flashing 20 minutes after sunset. [Image of flash pattern was created from video taken by Grace Lovett. Stills were extracted from the video and then stacked. The image shows the rising and falling trajectory and the initial 4 flashes. However, because of the limited number of frames per second, the falling glow appears as 6-7 discrete flashes, which is not how it appears in the video or in person.]
