The habitat consisted of restored mangrove swamp and adjacent coastal strand habitat. Vegetation included red mangrove, black mangrove, sea grape, and Lantana.

At the parking lot near No Name Harbor, street lights are illuminating the edge of the vegetation with ~20 lux while illuminating the parking lot surface below the street lamp with ~70 lux. Lots of light trespass onto tree and shrub canopy near the parking lot.
